When placing an order please keep in mind that the days of production for the printed items are calculated in BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROOF APPROVAL, so we don't count WEEKENDS as part of processing times. (The reason why is that the printing press that I work with doesn't open on the weekends, so I don't have access to the materials)
For example, if your order was APPROVED on Thursday, and the processing time is 3 BUSINESS DAYS, you should count FRIDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, on Wednesday your cards should ship out. Another example, if processing time is marked as 5 BUSINESS DAYS and you approved the proof on MONDAY, you should count TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, MONDAY, your cards should ship out on Tuesday.

Rush orders are hard to do because of printing press availability, so I cannot guarantee that I can rush an order after printing approval. But sometimes rush orders are possible, so don't be shy and ask if there's availability and I will more than glad to request it for you.
The payment method that I prefer at this moment is Paypal + Major Credit Cards.
I'm open to your requests or questions if you need to use other payment methods (Money Order, Checks), just keep in mind that in order for me to create the items, I have to receive & clear the funds in the shop's account, so it might take longer for you to receive the final product in your hands (than what was originally written in the product listing).
Our cute shop stationery items ship away thru USPS Priority Mail on the continental US.
As a default, I will only use to the address stated on your Paypal account. If you need to have your purchased items be delivered to a different address, convo me or send me an email, and I will change it to your convenience.
I also ship INTERNATIONAL! I only have a few countries displayed in my shop's shipping prices (I have already shipped there and I have calculated how much it costs) but if you want to get a shipping price for your country/region, email at order [!at] myhautecards.com and we'll talk about specific pricing for shipping, handling and packaging type to make sure you can receive our precious little artworks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since our designs, drawings & pieces are unique and personalized, we cannot take any returns or exchanges after it has been printed.
I absolutely love custom orders and special requests! If you need any extra special detail added to the items you purchased, let me know and we can talk about how to make it more special for you to enjoy.
If you need a bigger quantity order than what I have listed for a specific item, let me know and I will make it available for you. Sometimes when certain items are requested on bigger quantities, i might be able to even give you a price break! (Price break is determined by the materials used on the item requested and if the quantity order fits requirements for wholesale pricing.)
